ABOUT BLOWTRUMPET
Blowtrumpet is the corporate backbone of an emerging ad-tech ecosystem currently in closed testing. We are building a full-stack advertising platform — from demand-side to supply-side — reimagining how advertisers and publishers connect in the attention economy. Based in South Delhi, Blowtrumpet houses all central functions including strategy, design, HR, finance, communications, and platform engineering.
THE ROLE
Own the human resources function end-to-end — from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and workforce planning. You will build the HR infrastructure for a growing team, ensuring every hire, policy, and process reflects the company’s values.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management
- Manage employee documentation, contracts, and onboarding workflows
- Administer payroll, leave, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS)
- Draft and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and grievance procedures
- Track and report on HR metrics — attrition, time-to-hire, engagement scores
- Coordinate with external consultants on legal, tax, and compliance matters
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a startup or small company
- Working knowledge of Indian labour law, statutory compliance, and payroll administration
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms, spreadsheets, and applicant tracking tools
- Strong interpersonal skills — empathetic, discreet, and fair
- Ability to build processes from the ground up in an early-stage environment
