About Blowtrumpet

What does Blowtrumpet actually do?

We build advertising infrastructure — the systems that connect brands wanting to reach an audience with the creators and publishers who have one. Two platforms run on it: Ravaki for advertisers and Tejaki for creators. Both are in closed testing.

Where are you based?

Greater Kailash II, New Delhi, India.

What makes your approach different?

Two things. We process no viewer personal data — not minimised, not anonymised, not collected — because the creative is assembled locally and never calls out to a viewer's device. And we pay creators on verified delivery at a rate stated before they accept the work, rather than on a share reconciled afterwards.

Products

Is anything available to use yet?

No. Ravaki and Tejaki are both in closed testing with a small group. We are not quoting a general availability date, because we would only have to move it.

How do I get early access?

Tell us who you are and what you would use it for, through the contact page. We add people to the testing group as capacity allows.

What does Ravaki do for advertisers?

It is where a campaign is planned, funded, run and measured, organised around return on ad spend rather than impression counts. Deliberately narrow: a small set of formats, self-serve, and reporting that leads with what the money returned.

How will Tejaki work for creators?

You receive an offer at a stated rate, accept or decline it, deliver, and are paid on verified delivery. There is no auction to lose. Our first format is overlay inventory for live streamers, composited locally in the broadcast tools you already use.

Will you support live-streaming creators?

Live streamers are the first group we are building for, not an afterthought. The initial format works through existing broadcast software.

Privacy

Do you track viewers?

No. There is no ad call from a viewer's device, and therefore no tag, pixel, cookie or device identifier. Targeting is contextual — whose audience, never which individuals.

So Blowtrumpet holds no data about anyone?

That would be an overstatement, and we are careful not to make it. We hold no viewer personal data. We do hold personal data about creators, publishers and advertisers we work with — you cannot contract with somebody or pay them otherwise. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what and for how long.

Working here

What are you looking for in applicants?

People who ask why something works the way it does before asking how to use it, who would rather ship at eighty percent and fix it in daylight, and who want ownership rather than a task list. Where you studied matters much less.

Are there opportunities for early-career people?

Yes. The fellowship is a twenty-six week, four-sprint programme built for people early in their career or moving in from another field. It is hands-on from the first week.

Can I apply if my background is unrelated?

Yes, and many of the best applications come from exactly there. Programmatic advertising is narrow enough that almost nobody arrives pre-trained. Tell us why the space interests you.

May I use AI to write the application essays?

You may. Tell us which tools you used, what you asked them, and whether you agree with the result. If you did not use any, say that too. Neither answer counts against you — concealing it would.

Research and media

Can I contribute research?

Yes. We publish work from researchers, analysts and practitioners. Read the editorial standards, then send a proposal to contributions@blowtrumpet.com.

How do I make a media enquiry?

media@blowtrumpet.com. We aim to reply within two business days. We can talk about the industry and the technology; we cannot yet give launch dates, customer names or figures.

Can investors get in touch?

Yes — ir@blowtrumpet.com. We are concentrating on building, and we will not be discussing figures or roadmap detail at this stage.
