ABOUT BLOWTRUMPET
Blowtrumpet is the corporate backbone of an emerging ad-tech ecosystem currently in closed testing. We are building a full-stack advertising platform — from demand-side to supply-side — reimagining how advertisers and publishers connect in the attention economy. Based in South Delhi, Blowtrumpet houses all central functions including strategy, design, HR, finance, communications, and platform engineering.
THE ROLE
Build and run the people-operations function from the ground up — hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance, office administration, and culture-building for a growing team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
- Run onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance
- Set up and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and code of conduct
- Manage office operations — facilities, supplies, vendor coordination
- Drive culture initiatives — team events, wellness programmes, feedback loops
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- HR or admin background with hands-on experience in people operations
- Knowledge of Indian labour law, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, spreadsheets, and document management
- Empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch
