Terms of service

Welcome to Blowtrumpet. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and of the products, services and content we make available through it (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who you are contracting with

The Services are provided by Blowtrumpet Technologies, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Greater Kailash II, New Delhi, India (“Blowtrumpet”, “we”, “us”).

Ravaki, Tejaki, Vedoki and State of Ads are products, platforms and programmes of Blowtrumpet Technologies. They are software surfaces and programmes of one company. They are not separate legal entities and do not contract in their own right. Wherever you engage with any of them, your counterparty is Blowtrumpet Technologies.

These Terms apply for the benefit of Blowtrumpet Technologies and of its branches, offices, divisions, subsidiaries, associates, allied and sister concerns and group companies, whether presently in existence or established, incorporated or acquired at any time in the future.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Services you confirm that you are.

3. How we transact

Blowtrumpet contracts as principal on each side of its business. We buy inventory from creators and publishers in our own name, and we sell media products to advertisers and agencies in our own name. We are not an agent, a broker or a neutral intermediary between them, and we do not act as a representative of either side in dealings with the other.

Where you engage us as an advertiser or agency:

Campaigns are fully funded before they run. We do not offer credit or post-payment.

Amounts you fund are a contractual advance against invoices under your supply agreement. They are not stored value, are not transferable, and are not withdrawable on demand.

A tax invoice is raised at the point of commitment, not at completion.

All prices are quoted and displayed exclusive of GST.

Campaigns lock on funding. Refunds are handled as an exception, not as a standing feature.

You are charged a single all-in price for delivered, verified media. We do not disclose supplier-level pricing, and prices on one side of our business do not set prices on the other.

Where you engage us as a creator or publisher:

We make you an offer at a stated rate; you accept or decline it.

Amounts shown in your account are an account payable owed by Blowtrumpet to you. Only Blowtrumpet credits that balance. You cannot fund it, and it is not transferable.

We pay you on verified delivery, through a licensed payment service provider, regardless of what any advertiser paid or when.

Statutory withholding is applied by us on our own payment to you, as required by Indian tax law.

4. Points, keys and non-financial balances

Some Services include gamified elements such as keys, points, experience, reputation or levels. These are non-financial, carry no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable and are not a payment instrument or any form of stored value.

5. Responsible use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes; not to upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, spreads spam or malware, or harms others; to respect community wellbeing, with no harassment, exploitation or misuse of our platforms; and to honour our stated values of fairness, mental health and trust. Our Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.

6. Your content

If you submit or upload content — feedback, creative assets, applications or community posts — you keep full ownership of it, and you grant Blowtrumpet a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it solely for operating, improving or showcasing the Services. We will not sell your content or exploit it commercially without your permission.

Ideas and proposals sent to us outside a signed agreement are governed by our Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Data and privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In summary: we collect only what is necessary, we explain how it is used, you may access, correct or delete your information, and we do not sell your data or use it for manipulative targeting.

8. Intellectual property

All software, designs, documentation and other intellectual property in the Services are owned by or licensed to Blowtrumpet. Blowtrumpet™, Ravaki™, Tejaki™ and State of Ads™ are trade marks of Blowtrumpet Technologies; registration has been applied for. Vedoki is a product name of Blowtrumpet Technologies. You may not copy, modify or redistribute our content, software or brand assets without prior written approval.

9. Third-party services

The Services may link to or interoperate with third-party tools. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their practices. Review their terms before use.

10. Availability and closed testing

Parts of the Services are in closed testing and are made available to a limited group. Those parts may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn, and features described on this website may not be generally available.

11. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, legal requirements or security risks. You may request closure of your account at any time. Where we can, we will give notice before terminating, unless immediate action is needed for safety, compliance or integrity.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard on quality, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blowtrumpet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of INR 10,000 or the fees you paid us in the preceding six months.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, unless consumer protection law in your own jurisdiction requires otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email or on the platform.
