People, Culture & Administrative Operations

We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented, and operationally dependable individual to support and scale our internal organizational systems across People, Culture, and Administrative Operations.

This role is ideal for someone who:

You will help build the internal foundation that enables teams to work effectively, communicate clearly, and scale sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

People & Team Operations

  • Support recruitment and hiring coordination
  • Manage onboarding and employee experience workflows
  • Assist with internal team coordination and communication
  • Help maintain organizational structure and role clarity
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle processes
  • Support internal learning and team engagement initiatives

Culture & Organizational Development

  • Help maintain a healthy, collaborative, and accountable work culture
  • Encourage transparent communication across teams
  • Assist in building internal systems that reinforce organizational values
  • Support leadership in maintaining alignment across departments
  • Help organize team-building, community, and internal engagement activities

Administrative Operations

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations
  • Manage documentation, records, and internal operational processes
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-through
  • Support office and workplace operational management
  • Coordinate vendors, tools, operational resources, and internal logistics
  • Maintain operational consistency and organizational discipline

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Operations, Community, and Leadership teams
  • Help track operational dependencies and execution follow-ups
  • Assist in maintaining communication flow across departments
  • Support internal process optimization and operational efficiency

Process & System Development

  • Help build scalable internal workflows and SOPs
  • Improve operational organization and documentation standards
  • Support creation of structured internal operational systems
  • Assist in implementing organizational best practices suitable for startup scale

Responsibility Level
