Blowtrumpet and its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, proposals, or creative materials — including, but not limited to, ideas for new advertising campaigns, technologies, processes, marketing plans, product names, content, or business strategies.
This policy exists to avoid misunderstandings, conflicts of interest, or disputes if Blowtrumpet’s current or future products, services, or research activities appear similar to an idea submitted to us.
What This Means for You
Please do not send any unsolicited ideas, creative concepts, or original works to Blowtrumpet or its employees through any channel (email, calls, meetings, or otherwise).
If you choose to submit ideas despite this policy:
- No Confidentiality
- Your submission will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
- Blowtrumpet is under no obligation to review, acknowledge, or return the material.
- No Compensation

- You will not be entitled to any compensation, royalties, or recognition for your submission.
- License Granted

- By making a submission, you grant Blowtrumpet a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licenseto use, copy, modify, distribute, and commercialize the idea in any way, without restrictions.
Exceptions
This policy does not apply to:
- Submissions made by employees, contractors, or consultants under the scope of their engagement with Blowtrumpet.
- Proposals submitted in response to a formal request for proposals (RFPs) or open innovation challenges initiated by Blowtrumpet.
- Ideas shared under a mutually executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
