We are looking for a systems-minded Design, Brand & User Experience professional who can help shape how people perceive, understand, trust, and interact with our ecosystem.
This is not a conventional “graphic design” role.
You will work across:

Your responsibility will be to transform complexity into clarity.
You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, operations, product, finance, compliance, and growth teams to create experiences that feel intelligent, trustworthy, scalable, and operationally frictionless.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Product & User Experience
- Design intuitive workflows for dashboards, campaign systems, onboarding, analytics, wallets, marketplace flows, and operational interfaces.
- Reduce cognitive friction across products and user journeys.
- Build scalable interface systems and reusable design patterns.
- Improve usability, accessibility, and execution efficiency across platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex systems into understandable user experiences.
Brand & Ecosystem Identity
- Develop and maintain visual identity systems across products and platforms.
- Create coherent brand experiences for websites, reports, documentation, decks, and communication assets.
- Build scalable design systems, typography systems, visual hierarchies, and interaction patterns.
- Help shape the narrative and positioning of the ecosystem.
Developer Experience & Documentation
- Improve SDK onboarding experiences and technical usability.
- Work with engineering teams on documentation structure, information clarity, and developer workflows.
- Design experiences that strengthen developer trust and adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:

- Independently identify UX gaps, operational inefficiencies, and communication problems.
