This role is not designed as a traditional back-office finance or legal position.
The Finance, Accounts, Compliance & Legal Operations Associate will work across financial systems, governance workflows, marketplace operations, settlement infrastructure, auditability systems, and cross-functional execution processes that support a rapidly evolving advertising technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts Operations
- Support reconciliation and financial tracking workflows
- Maintain operational financial records and audit readiness
- Assist with campaign-level accounting and settlement validation
- Monitor wallet allocation and payout workflows
- Coordinate reporting and financial documentation
- Help maintain operational accuracy across financial systems
Compliance & Governance
- Support operational compliance workflows
- Maintain documentation and evidence trails
- Assist with KYC and verification processes
- Monitor policy adherence across operational activities
- Participate in governance and audit workflows
- Support fraud prevention and operational review processes
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with engineering teams to understand operational systems
- Coordinate with product and operations teams on execution workflows
- Collaborate with enterprise and publisher teams during escalations

- Independently manage assigned workflows and responsibilities
- Support structured communication across departments
Documentation & Process Management
- Create and maintain process documentation
