Role Overview

We’re hiring a UX Design Engineer — someone who bridges design thinking and front-end engineering to craft futuristic, gamified, and performance-driven interfaces.

You’ll design and develop responsive dashboards that include coins, trophies, badges, and progression systems, making analytics fun, measurable, and rewarding.

This is a full-time onsite position in South Delhi, ideal for a designer–developer who wants to take a garage-stage startup to MNC scale through design precision, technical excellence, and fearless innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build gamified dashboards with progress indicators (coins, levels, badges, trophies).
• Implement responsive front-end interfaces using React.js / Next.js / Node.js / TailwindCSS / MongoDB.
• Translate Figma prototypes and design systems into production-ready, high-performance code.
• Create data visualization components that communicate campaign results and user performance intuitively.
• Collaborate directly with the founder and senior engineers on product architecture and MVP releases.
• Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and scalable design systems.
• Integrate game design logic into SaaS experiences for creators, advertisers, and marketing teams.
• Continuously refine design-to-code workflows for speed, clarity, and visual delight.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Strong command of Next.js, TailwindCSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with Figma-to-code translation and component-driven design systems.
• Experience working with Agentic AI tools or design accelerators (nice to have).
• Comfort with data visualization libraries and performance reporting dashboards.

Design & UX Skills

• Advanced skills in Figma — auto-layouts, prototypes, interaction flows, and design systems.
• Strong grasp of minimal, futuristic, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience building analytics-heavy SaaS UIs with gamified UX components.
• Interest in motion design, micro-interactions, and progress feedback loops.
• Bonus: proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, Krita, or GIMP for creative visual work.
