UI/UX Designer – Mid to Senior Level (3+ Years)
Location: On-site, South Delhi, New Delhi
About the Role
As a senior designer, you’ll lead the design of analytics-first SaaS dashboards and gamified workflows for the creator and advertising ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for ensuring performance data is represented clearly and engagingly, while also guiding the team in producing cross-platform marketing assets that communicate our brand vision.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design of admin dashboards, performance analytics UIs, and advertising tools.
- Build interfaces that turn complex campaign data into simple, compelling stories.
- Prototype in Figma; guide delivery with devs working in TailwindCSS, React/Next.js, Typescript.
- Use Photoshop, Blender, Krita, GIMP for visual storytelling, illustrations, or advanced 3D assets.
- Contribute to and oversee marketing creatives across LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, Discord, Reddit.
- Mentor junior designers on UI/UX, analytical interface design, and marketing communications.
- Evolve our design systems to balance analytics, gamification, and visual intrigue.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of UI/UX experience with a portfolio showcasing dashboards, analytics-heavy UIs, or gamified interfaces.
- Mastery of Figma and component-driven design systems.
- Comfort designing analytical dashboards, KPIs, and performance-tracking interfaces.
- Strong graphic design skills using Photoshop, Blender, Krita, or GIMP.
- Bonus: working knowledge of frontend frameworks (React/Next.js, TailwindCSS, MERN).
- Familiarity with advertising workflows, content creator needs, and performance marketing interfaces.
- Startup-first mindset: hands-on, fast-moving, willing to design both product UIs and marketing creatives.
