About the Role
You’ll be responsible for driving the visual vision across campaigns, interfaces, and brand touchpoints.
You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to create designs that perform, scale, and endure.
You’ll work as both mentor and maker — guiding others while staying hands-on with design execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead visual direction for campaigns, brand systems, and product design.
- Create frameworks for psychologically-driven user experiences.
- Build scalable component libraries for product and ad design.
- Translate AI and deep-tech concepts into relatable, emotional narratives.
- Oversee design consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Mentor designers through review, critique, and learning loops.
- Present creative strategy confidently to leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in visual, brand, or product design.
- Strong foundation in Material Design, motion, and storytelling.
- Ability to connect business goals to creative decisions.
- Comfort with data-backed design iteration and performance analysis.
- Experience working under mentorship and now ready to offer it.
- Deep appreciation for design psychology, human emotion, and cultural diversity.
- Composure under pressure, precision under deadlines, empathy under critique.
