As our Product Experience & Interface Designer, you’ll define how users interact, engage, and trust our deep-tech web platform. You’ll work directly with founders and engineers to connect ideas to execution — from raw conversation to production-ready experience. “At Blowtrumpet, you don’t design for clients. Your Mission

• Understand the Product Vision:
  Work from founder discussions, not written briefs.
  Translate philosophy into interface logic.
• Design Systemic Journeys:
  Create user flows that connect onboarding, billing, data, and performance in one seamless ecosystem.
• Collaborate Deeply:
  Partner with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and a shared understanding of user behavior.
• Think Beyond Plugins:
  Design with Tailwind CSS and HTML awareness — ensuring every element can actually be built by our bootstrapped, high-performance dev team.
• Build Trust Through Design:
  Create interfaces that meet financial and regulatory accuracy — invoices, payments, transaction histories — with precision and empathy.
• Iterate Relentlessly:
  Handle rejections, reworks, and refinements with grace.
  Adapt fast, stay curious, and evolve with every sprint.

Who You Are

• Experience designing web applications with complex user journeys.
• Fluency in Figma and Photoshop — but you know that design doesn’t end in pixels.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers — and understand how front-end systems like Tailwind CSS, React, or Next.js interpret design.
• Fast learner, adaptable thinker, calm executor under pressure.
• You take feedback as direction, not criticism.
• You have the grit to build from a garage and the ambition to design skyscraper experiences.
