About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Generalist to join our founding team. This is not a routine role—it’s a chance to get hands-on with startup building from the ground up. You’ll work across functions—corporate finance, HR, GTM strategy, technology, and operations—while shaping the early foundations of a next-gen SaaS Ad-Tech platform.
Who Should Apply
- 3+ years of industry experience in software/SaaS development, GTM, advertising, marketing automation, CRM, or sales.
- Tier-1 graduates, or confident Tier-2 graduates with exceptional performance.
- Professionals considering or pursuing management education (MBA/PGDM).
- Returning expats (repatriates) with a strong foundation in SaaS, tech, or marketing domains.
Responsibilities
- Drive corporate structuring and compliance—finance, accounting, HR, policies, and administration.
- Partner with the founder on GTM strategies, product-market fit, and scalable growth.
- Conduct market research, segmentation, and growth experiments.
- Contribute to hiring, early culture design, and people operations.
- Create marketing and corporate materials (legal, financial, presentations, digital marketing assets).
- Engage with both engineering and business requirements, bridging gaps as needed.
- Support lean operations, balancing ambition with bootstrap efficiency.
What We Value
- Technical grounding in Python, C++, JavaScript, SQL.
- Comfort with design and presentation tools (Figma, Adobe, Keynote).
