About the Role
As an Interface Engineer Fellow, you’ll join us at the earliest stage of your career to learn how pixel-perfect interfaces evolve into memorable, conversion-focused user experiences. You’ll get hands-on exposure to modern frontend stacks (MERN, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS) and learn how design systems in Figma are brought to life in production. Under mentorship, you’ll explore how interfaces integrate with advertising-tech, SaaS workflows, and gamification mechanics.
What You’ll Do
- Learn to translate Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
- Contribute to building future-ready SaaS and ad-tech interfaces.
- Support frontend integration in a MERN stack environment.
- Assist in testing, prototyping, and delivering customer-first experiences.
- Shadow senior engineers to understand software + marketing + gamification integrations.
What You’ll Bring
- Up to 2 years’ experience in frontend/UI roles (internships and projects count).
- Familiarity with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Curiosity to explore Figma-to-code workflows and SaaS product design.
