Creative Specialist — Design that Performs
Founder’s Note
If you’ve mastered your tools and now want to master outcomes, welcome.
At Blowtrumpet, we operate at the intersection of advertising, technology, gaming, and culture.
Here, design doesn’t exist in isolation — it’s what brings people to click, stay, and care.
We’re looking for designers who don’t just draw — they think, analyze, measure, and refine.
Designers who can turn briefs into performance art.

- Real mentorship from industry veterans with 25+ years of cross-domain experience.
- Mastery in designing for conversion and behavior.
- Ability to design for AI, personalization, and programmatic systems.
- The resilience and clarity to perform under pressure — and still love what you do.
