Your Mission

• Find excellence in people:
  Read beyond the résumé. Spot brilliance hidden between AI-written lines.
• Understand the language of innovation:
  Decode deep-tech, AI, and engineering jargon — and translate it into clarity and action.
• Build communication that moves:
  Create hiring decks, investor briefs, product summaries, and brand stories that reflect precision and power.
• Operate like a founder:
  Anticipate needs, ask the right questions, act with conviction.
• Coordinate teams:
  Connect dots across product, design, marketing, and strategy — ensuring every move aligns with the vision.

Who You Are

• Graduate from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS, NLU, Ashoka, SRCC, St. Stephen’s, etc.)
• A habitual reader and independent thinker
• Fluent in communication — clear, confident, and completely AI-independent
• Can grasp engineering and tech concepts with ease and communicate with precision
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, adapts fast, and executes relentlessly
• Operates with discipline, intensity, and purpose every single day

You don’t need constant direction.

Your Application Must Include:

1. Your Myers-Briggs Personality Type (MBTI)
