About the Role
The Founder’s Intern role is designed for final-year students and fresh graduates eager to gain direct exposure to startup creation. You will work closely with the founder, supporting activities across research, product planning, marketing, and operations, while learning the nuances of scaling a SaaS Ad-Tech company.
Who Should Apply
- Final-year students, fresh graduates, or professionals with less than 1 year of post-graduation work experience.
- Internship experience (without PPO) does not count as industry experience, but strong references will add credibility.
- Candidates who want to learn hands-on from a seasoned founder and are serious about a career in SaaS, Ad-Tech, or management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in market research, audience targeting, and growth projects.
- Support the founder in hiring, documentation, and content development.
- Contribute to design and presentation work for internal and external stakeholders.
- Shadow the founder in meetings, strategic discussions, and decision-making.
- Gain exposure to finance, compliance, product ideation, and people operations.
