About the Role
As an Experience Engineer, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end digital experiences that go beyond aesthetics to drive retention, engagement, and conversion. You’ll work with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript libraries/frameworks to implement Figma design systems into real-world SaaS and ad-tech solutions. You’ll balance frontend engineering and design integration while exploring gamification and performance-driven experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Convert Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences.
- Build and scale interfaces using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Contribute to SaaS, advertising, and gamification UI/UX modules.
- Ensure designs are growth-oriented, retention-driven, and conversion-focused.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to shape future-ready ad-tech interfaces.
- Start taking steps toward software experience architecture.
What You’ll Bring
