About the Role
We’re looking for an Advanced WordPress Developer who can independently own the entire website lifecycle — from hosting to deployment, content workflows, plugin development, and advanced integrations.
This role is for someone who thrives in high-responsibility environments and can deliver secure, scalable, conversion-optimized digital platforms for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently build, host, and manage WordPress websites — handling front-end, back-end, and server-level tasks.
- Develop custom plugins, extensions, and integrations for advanced use cases (e-commerce, LMS, HRMS, CRM, marketing automation).
- Manage hosting setups: VPS, staging, migration, backups, and uptime reliability.
- Architect secure and scalable WooCommerce solutions — payment gateways, shipping APIs, inventory management, subscription models.
- Extend functionality into LMS (LearnDash, LifterLMS), HRMS, CRM, and analytics systems.
- Lead integration with marketing and customer-facing systems (GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Ads, Zapier, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Set up developer workflows: Git, Composer, WP-CLI, Docker, CI/CD.
- Drive performance optimization: Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN, SEO tools (Rank Math, Yoast).
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of full-time WordPress development & hosting management.
- Advanced knowledge of PHP, MySQL, WP_Query, REST API, Gutenberg.
- Custom plugin & extension development.
- Strong server management (cPanel, Plesk, Nginx, Apache).
- Proven experience in scalable e-commerce, LMS, or enterprise WordPress setups.
