But What Do You Actually Do
We build the AI-native infrastructure behind advertising that doesn’t make people want to throw their phone across the room.
Not another dashboard. Not another “engagement optimization” buzzword generator. Actual systems — for advertisers, agencies, creators, and publishers — that make campaigns smarter, monetization fairer, and the whole thing way more transparent than the ad-tech industry has ever bothered to be.
If ad-tech were a group project, we’re the ones who actually read the assignment.
Why This, Why Now
Attention is the whole game right now. Every app, every feed, every fifteen-second window is a fight for it. And yet the ad industry is still out here acting like people have infinite patience and zero taste.
They don’t. You don’t. Nobody does.
The next version of advertising isn’t going to win by being louder. It wins by being:
- something you’d actually screenshot
- something creators get paid for before they blow up, not after
- something transparent enough that you’re not just trusting a black box
- something that respects your time and your brain
That’s the whole bet. We’re building toward it, not just talking about it.
What We’re Actually About
Mid is not the vibe. We hold a high bar because people deserve better than “fine, I guess.” That includes the stuff we build and the way we treat each other.
Creativity is a skill, not a mood. Good ideas get tested, broken, and rebuilt — not just vibes-based. We take creative work as seriously as code, and code as seriously as creative work.
No black-box AI. If the system can’t explain itself, it’s not intelligent — it’s just a trick. We build things people can actually understand and trust.
We answer to ourselves, not a boardroom. We’re bootstrapped, which means nobody’s pushing “growth at all costs.” We get to build it right, at our own pace, without cutting corners to hit a quarterly slide.
Who We’re Actually Looking For
Forget the resume checklist. We’re looking for people who:
- ask “wait, why does this even work like this” more than “how do I do this”
- would rather ship something 80% done and fix it live than plan the “perfect” version forever
- get genuinely irritated by bad experiences — yours, ours, anyone’s
- want real ownership, not just a task list and a Slack ping
Doesn’t matter if you’re fresh out of school or a few jobs deep. If that’s your energy, there’s a seat here.

The Actual Point
We’re not trying to make advertising louder. We’re trying to make it worth your time.
That means:
- Ads people opt into instead of dodge
- Creators paid fairly, and early
- Systems transparent enough that nobody has to just “trust the algorithm, bro”
- Tech that respects the humans using it on both sides
The old version — static, forgettable, interrupt-you-mid-scroll advertising — is on its way out. We’re building what replaces it: interactive, creator-first, and actually good.
We’d rather be a little weird and completely honest than safe and forgettable. No notes.
