Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data collection systems that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Perform data analysis and advanced modeling on diverse datasets to improve and personalize user experiences in content and gaming platforms.
• Utilize predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
• Design and deploy data algorithms, predictive models, and custom analysis solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Explore and examine data from multiple disparate sources and use analytical rigor and statistical methods to analyze large amounts of data.
• Deliver insights and actionable recommendations through clear visual, written, and verbal communication.
• Stay informed of new technologies and techniques in data science, AI, and cloud gaming to enhance the company’s offerings and operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficient in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms, particularly those relevant to NLP, content optimization, and predictive analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages and familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and real-time data processing systems like Kafka.
• Practical experience with AI applications in content marketing or gaming industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to create actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
