Job Title: Software Development Fellow (Full Stack)

Location: Greater Kailash II, South Delhi, New Delhi

Eligibility: Local Candidates Only, Preferably South Delhi or nearby in Delhi NCR

Role Overview

As a software development fellow, you will collaborate closely with a senior developer, the founders and product team to build and scale SAAS-based ad-tech solutions, bridging the realms of Ad-Tech and Gaming. You’ll be instrumental in creating new features, integrating critical APIs, and developing secure, scalable systems that support a high-performance ad ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Development

  • Design and build scalable, SAAS-based ad-tech platforms using Python and Node.js for high performance and reliability.

2. API Integration

  • Integrate APIs such as REST API with key digital and streaming platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook Live, ensuring seamless connectivity.

3. Security & Authentication

  • Implement robust security protocols, including OAuth, KYC processes, user authentication, and data protection features to safeguard platform integrity.

4. Ad-Tech Utilities

  • Develop utilities to support ad-publishing, programmatic bidding, and campaign analytics, enhancing platform functionality for advertisers.

5. Payment Systems

  • Set up secure wallet systems, payment gateways, and financial modules, ensuring a seamless transaction experience for users.

6. Full-Stack Development

  • Conduct front-end and back-end development, emphasizing modular and scalable code, ensuring an efficient user experience and maintainable codebase.

7. Cloud Deployment

  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for a robust SaaS environment.

8. Agile Development

  • Engage in iterative development cycles, focusing on rapid deployment, testing, and continuous improvement.

9. Collaboration

  • Work closely with founders to translate product visions into live, fully functional solutions, contributing to product roadmaps and strategic decisions.

Languages:

  • Proficiency: Python, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Fast API, Node.js with Tailwind CSS
  • Additional Knowledge: MERN, HTML, CSS

Frameworks & Libraries:

  • Backend: FastAPI, REST APIs, SQLAlchemy
  • Frontend: MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
  • Machine Learning & AI: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, OpenCV, ZenML

Tools & Platforms:

  • Docker, Git, GitHub, VSCode, Postman
  • AWS EC2, AWS S3

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience: 0-2 years in full-stack development, preferably in an Ad-Tech, SAAS, or gaming environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, and version control tools like Git.
  • Machine Learning Knowledge: Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn, with understanding of data integration for analytics.
  • Security Skills: Knowledge in security protocols, including OAuth, user authentication, and data protection.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work in close collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members, including founders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Skilled in problem-solving and optimization for platform scalability and performance.
  • Commitment to Quality: High attention to detail, following best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Local Availability: Willingness to work on-site at our South Delhi office, with familiarity with the local area and commutes.
