About the Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with the Founder’s Office, contributing to strategic initiatives, product development, and sales strategies. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth in SaaS, Ad-Tech, and the gaming industry. This role requires a proactive and tech-savvy individual with a deep understanding of the gaming and advertising markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the founders to identify and execute high-impact business development strategies.
- Research and analyze market trends in SaaS, gaming, and programmatic advertising to uncover new opportunities.
Sales & Partnerships:
- Develop and maintain relationships with gaming studios, advertisers, and ad-tech platforms.
- Drive programmatic ad-sales and influencer ad campaigns to grow client portfolios.
- Create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential partners and clients.
Product Knowledge & Development:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s SaaS offerings and their value propositions.
- Assist in product feedback and development to align offerings with client needs and market demands.
Marketing & Campaigns:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute digital ad campaigns for gaming clients.
- Leverage social media and channel marketing to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Manage influencer marketing initiatives to boost campaign reach and effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools like Power BI to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Provide actionable insights based on data trends to drive business decisions.
Operations & Networking:
- Represent the company at industry events, consortiums, and meetups to build a strong network.
- Manage operational aspects, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Who We’re Looking For
Educational Background:
- Early graduate or final-year student from a Tier-1 institute in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Communications.
Core Skills:
- Proven ability in ad-sales, programmatic advertising, and campaign management.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, GitHub, Bitbucket, Slack, and Trello.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales and gaming market dynamics.
Personal Attributes:
