About the Role
This role is perfect for an early-career graduate or final-year student passionate about startups, gaming, advertising, SaaS, and technology. As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will act as a “Mini-CEO,” working directly with the founding team on high-impact initiatives. This is a multi-faceted position that demands a go-getter attitude, natural confidence, and an entrepreneurial mindset. If you’re a gamer, advertiser, tech enthusiast, and community builder, this role will challenge you to contribute to strategy, operations, and product innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Projects and Leadership

  • Act as the founder’s right-hand, driving key initiatives across advertising, gaming, and SaaS platforms.
  • Contribute to business strategy, product innovation, and long-term planning.
  • Represent the company in high-stakes discussions and industry events.

Marketing & Community Development

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for advertising and gaming clients.
  • Foster communities of advertisers, gamers, and community managers to strengthen brand engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Human Resources & Administration

  • Manage hiring processes, people development, and organizational growth.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including facilities management and office expansion in the Delhi NCR region.

Product & Project Management

  • Lead product concept development, including creating PRDs, technical diagrams, and sales presentations.
  • Utilize tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and Trello to manage distributed development and timely product releases.
  • Ensure product redevelopment and innovation align with market needs.

Social Media & Reputation Management

  • Manage communications and brand reputation through effective social media strategies.
  • Execute campaigns that enhance the company’s digital presence.

Financial Management & Compliance

  • Handle budgeting, cost management, accounting, and financial transparency.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors and CAs to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintain familiarity with banking, ministry frameworks, and legal requirements for startups.

Strategy Development & Research

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in Ad-Tech, SaaS, gaming, and gamification.
  • Conduct thorough research and attend industry events to identify trends and opportunities.

Technical Expertise

  • Work on API integrations, code audits, and sourcing for product development.
  • Stay familiar with Javascript libraries and tools for seamless project execution.
