Job Description:

As a Sales / Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will independently handle sales and account management duties, focusing on expanding our reach in both the content marketing and cloud gaming sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Identify and engage potential clients in the content marketing and gaming sectors. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are managed effectively across all stages.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring the highest quality of service and adherence to deadlines.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to develop competitive strategies.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals. Lead negotiations to close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data and campaign performance to refine strategies and report on ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and tech teams to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking gatherings to bolster company presence and generate leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally in content marketing, AI technologies, or cloud gaming.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and an ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Agile and adaptable to the evolving tech landscape.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian market and cultural nuances.
