Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies across various channels including digital advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and lead conversion.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to tailor approaches that cater to the Indian market, with a special focus on emerging technologies in AI and cloud gaming.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and nurture leads, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to paying customer.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials and content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, especially in AI and cloud gaming, to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
  • Work independently to meet or exceed set targets for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in lead generation or digital marketing, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and effective lead generation tactics.
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing with a proven track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Indian market, particularly in the tech sector, and an understanding of cultural nuances that impact consumer behavior and marketing strategies.
