Job Description:

As a Technical Support / IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring robust and efficient operations across our content marketing initiatives and our new ventures into AI and cloud gaming. You will provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and implement IT solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide prompt and effective technical support for all internal systems and software, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructures, including cloud services, networks, and security systems. Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.

Project Support: Collaborate with various teams to support projects by setting up necessary technical tools and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Server and Network Administration: Manage game and web servers, ensure high availability and minimal downtime, and optimize performance for both content delivery and gaming services.

Security Management: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and infrastructure from cyber threats. Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of all systems, backups, and recovery procedures. Provide regular reports on IT status, issues, and resolutions.

Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and technology partners to ensure technology alignment with business needs.

Key Requirements:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in content marketing or gaming industries.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), network security, database management, and streaming technologies.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving tech environment, with a keen interest in AI and gaming technologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SEO tools and web analytics.

Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in marketing and gaming.

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile Scrum).
