As we pivot into these exciting new areas, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inbound Sales Strategist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving our growth and enhancing our presence in both traditional and innovative markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage and nurture leads from initial contact through to sale closure. Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze lead behavior and optimize the sales process.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with the company’s goals in content marketing and technology sectors, particularly AI and cloud gaming.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with our services and products, focusing on creating value for both the client and the company.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements in content marketing, AI, and cloud gaming.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, using data to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to relay customer feedback and market demands that can help shape the agency’s offerings and market approach.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships that promote customer retention and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in sales, particularly within the tech, gaming, or digital marketing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and its business culture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is a plus.
  • Expertise in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales figures and market analysis.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a startup or tech environment, particularly within content marketing or cloud gaming.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
