Job Description:

As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into sales opportunities. You’ll play a key role in explaining complex products and services to potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your knowledge of AI, content marketing, and cloud gaming technologies will enable you to address client needs effectively and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Evaluate and qualify inbound leads to determine their potential. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our services in AI, content marketing, and cloud gaming to effectively communicate benefits and features to prospects.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and manage individual customer needs.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present reports on account status and sales progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on inbound strategies and messaging. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client needs are met promptly.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of emerging trends in AI, content marketing, and cloud gaming. Use insights to better understand market needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on client needs and market demand to help shape future development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an inbound sales specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in sales or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, AI technologies, and cloud gaming platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Superior presentation and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
