Founder’s Office Intern

Position: Founder’s Office Intern
Duration: 4 Months
Location: On-site (South Delhi, New Delhi)

Internship Overview: As an intern in the Founder’s Office at Blowtrumpet, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with the founder and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of running a startup. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about entrepreneurship, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the growth of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:

  • Assist the founder in developing and executing strategic plans, including market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Build a strong understanding of ideal customers and early adopters.
  • Strategize on approaches to build inroads to win conversations with potential customers.

Operational Support:

  • Help manage day-to-day operations, including coordinating with different departments, tracking progress on key initiatives, and ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and systems.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the founder.

Collaborative Projects:

  • Collaborate with the founder and product team to conceptualize, develop, and launch new products.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for growth and optimize key performance metrics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and HR to support company-wide projects.

PR and Presentation:

  • Contribute to PR activities, including crafting press releases and managing media relationships.
  • Assist in designing and refining presentations and marketing materials.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Recent graduate from a Tier-1 institute with a strong academic background.
  • Demonstrated interest in gaming, advertising, and strategy.
  • Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Strategy & Ops roles in high-growth startups or SaaS companies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong interest in Gaming, Cloud Solutions, AI, and advertising automation technologies.
  • Previous people management experience is a plus.
