Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the face of our company for all customer interactions, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with us. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, managing their expectations, and delivering solutions that align with our business goals. Your knowledge of content marketing, AI technologies, and cloud gaming will enable you to provide expert advice and support to our customers, helping them achieve their objectives while driving our company’s growth.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with our services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Implement and refine customer success processes and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to relay customer feedback and ensure the delivery of optimal solutions.
  • Manage customer onboarding, support, account management, and project management for both content marketing and cloud gaming services.
  • Track and analyze customer usage and behavior to offer targeted solutions, enhancements, or upsells.
  • Educate and train customers on new products and technologies introduced by the company.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Organize and participate in events and workshops for customer education and engagement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the content marketing or gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, AI technology, and cloud gaming platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and changing startup environment.
  • Passion for gaming and technology, with an understanding of the Indian market and cultural nuances.
