As a bootstrapped startup, we are looking for a driven and resourceful Community Manager who can help us grow our community engagement efforts and build a strong, interactive audience base.

Role Overview:

As our Community Manager, you will be the voice, tone, and moderator of our brands on various digital platforms. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, passion for technology, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media presence, and building an engaged and loyal community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with our business goals, focusing on both content marketing and our new ventures into AI and cloud gaming.
  • Create engaging content across various formats and platforms, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and forums.
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage social media efforts to increase engagement and follower base.
  • Analyze community feedback and online behavior to tailor content and engagement strategies effectively.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, PR, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, writing email newsletters).
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver.
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Passion for AI and gaming technologies is a plus.
