Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute robust business development strategies that align with our expansion into AI and cloud gaming, while continuing to support and grow our content marketing base.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and effectively position our agency in the AI and gaming landscape.
  • Sales and Client Acquisition: Drive sales initiatives by identifying potential clients, engaging them through strategic pitches, and closing deals to increase our client base and revenue streams.
  • Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with technology providers, game developers, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance our service offerings and market reach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enrich relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are kept abreast of our evolving capabilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment of business development activities with company objectives and client expectations.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within the content marketing, AI, or cloud gaming industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, AI technologies, and cloud gaming platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing deals and forming beneficial partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and innovative thinker with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in startup environments and handling bootstrapped budget scenarios.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in AI and gaming technologies.
