Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you will be the linchpin between our clients and our cross-functional teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered seamlessly and exceed client expectations. Your role will focus on nurturing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions that leverage our capabilities in content marketing, AI, and cloud gaming technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all account management matters.
  • Understand and align client needs with our services, crafting customized solutions that demonstrate a deep understanding of content marketing and emerging technologies in AI and cloud gaming.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, creative, technical, and analytics to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered cohesively.
  • Monitor project performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize results.
  • Handle client communications and conflict resolution, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in content marketing, AI, and cloud gaming to continuously innovate and improve our offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and lead client meetings and presentations with poise and professionalism.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in content marketing, AI technology, or the gaming industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with and influence senior executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and driving sales growth.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing business environments and technology landscapes.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of market dynamics in India.
