Position Overview:
As a Discord Community Manager at Game Triggers, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our gaming communities on Discord and other relevant platforms. You will play a crucial role in engaging our audience, organizing events, and promoting our brand through various outreach methods. This is a strictly on-site opportunity in South Delhi, New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:Community Building and Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to boost participation and foster a strong sense of community.
- Manage community engagement, conflict resolution, and enforce community guidelines.
- Organize and execute online and offline events, including contests, meetups, and large-scale conventions.

- Utilize advanced Discord features such as custom roles, permissions, channels, and server settings.
- Select, configure, and manage Discord bots to automate tasks and enhance community interaction.
- Ensure server performance and usability through effective setup and ongoing maintenance.

Content Creation and Management:

- Create visually appealing graphics for announcements, events, and branding.
- Produce and curate multimedia content such as videos, streams, and podcasts tailored to the community’s interests.
- Manage live streaming and broadcasts, engaging with audiences in real-time.

- Promote the community across various social media platforms and manage cross-platform promotional campaigns.
- Design and implement content marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Engage with the community on platforms like Discord, Steam, Reddit, and other relevant forums.

- Plan, promote, and execute hackathons and esports tournaments, including logistics, promotion, and live streaming.
- Host and moderate interactive sessions such as Q&As, AMAs, and live discussions to keep the community engaged.

- Gather, interpret, and act on community feedback to refine strategies and improve engagement.

- Demonstrated success in managing large and diverse communities, with references or case studies showcasing achievements.
- In-depth knowledge of gaming culture, trends, and industry developments.
- Experience with live streaming, managing competitive gaming events, and understanding the dynamics of online competitive gaming.
- Proficiency in using Discord’s advanced features, bots, and integrations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and manage multimedia content and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to track metrics and analyze feedback.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, New Delhi.
